How’s that resolution to make more time to take care of YOU going, physically speaking? Have you been going to the gym like you promised you would? When was the last time you made it to that yoga class you promised yourself, since you feel so good and stress-free after you’re done? Set aside an hour to get your blood moving this Valentine’s Day, and make sure you keep that hot date – you owe it to yourself!
Last but not least, eat well all day long. Keep your body’s health in mind all day when making selections about what you chose to nourish your body with. Start the day with a balanced breakfast so you will feel energized for the day. Snack on healthy food throughout the day, such as fresh fruit and vegetables.
