When we invest our time, our hearts, and/or our resources in something and it doesn’t turn out as we hope, it’s common for most of us to ask, “Why?” We dissect the bad outcome, pouring over the details, imagining if we’d only done this differently or that sooner maybe things would be different. Yet, how often do we ask “Why?” when something good happens? Life brings challenges as well as rewards and we wouldn’t appreciate one without the other. Trusting that what is supposed to happen will happen helps us build our strength to keep trying and keeps us balanced though the ebbs and flows of life. ♥
